The Screen Printing - DTF Comparison
The limited color applications of SCREEN PRINTING – (usually a title or logo in plain white printing) – has today been replaced by DTF – (a full color ink DIRECT to FILM transfer onto apparel) – with a better result, allowing both FRONT and BACK Full Color Printing on the same T-Shirt for a much reduced cost.
Digital Fotographics has replaced all our Screen Printing Applications with the DTF Process for obvious reasons.

Points to consider when uploading files:
- Make sure all graphic files are 300 dpi
- For a clear, clean result, your size should be as close to “size-as” for the position you have chosen
- The Recommended size for a full-front (or full-back) center graphic should be less than 12 inches across and the height no more than 14 inches. (On smaller T-shirts [sizes S, M and L], the overall size of the image will be reduced accordingly.
- A left or right chest logo should be less than 4 x 4 inches.
