A number of factors determine the final embroidery price. First is the conversion of your logo into a digitized stitch file. A 4 x 4 inch left-chest logo usually costs $15 to $25 to digitize. A full-front 5 x 9 inch can cost as much as $30 to $40 to digitize. (If you are doing a number of the same embroidery file, this is a one-time set-up charge only.)

Next is the stitch-count, usually measured in units of 1,000 stitches. Standard logos are usually about 6,000 to 8,000 stitches (for which we charge $9 for basic embroidery plus the cost of the apparel). For every 2,000 additional stitch-count, we charge $3. (A 10,000 stitch-count would be $12, a 12,000 stitch-count would be $15, etc.)
